When I worked for a multinational corporation for many years, I used to think I could set up a cot in my office and I would still never catch up with my To-Do List. At any rate, I still made up a To-Do List every day before I left work. Although I might not get all of it completed the next day, I worked on the prioritized tasks, and it felt good t...o cross them off as they were completed. Even though I now work for myself, I still make a point to make up a To-Do List just before I end my workday. The list still helps to focus my energies. #motivation #productiveday #selfcompassion
