Proven Energy Systems is now offering in house built complete off-grid solar PV arrays. These systems will be built to order and will be available to either be picked up or delivered. There is an option with 12 solar panels and an option with 6 solar panels. The Outback Power inverters put out 120 Vac. These systems will be great for camps or for a backup power option. A bit of a long post here, but we talk an awful lot about solar, lets change topic and talk about geothermal heating and cooling systems. Geothermal is one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways of heating and cooling your home. The process sounds difficult at first, however it is a really simple process. First, we either drill bore holes in the Earth, or bury ground loops if the soil is deep enough. We then install ground loops that connect into the geothermal unit. ... By pumping a glycol solution through the loops, we can extract heat from the Earth. The Compressor in the geothermal unit can either use the ground temperature to heat or cool. Geothermal units can be used to create forced air the either heat or cool the desired space or in-floor heat. There are NYDERDA and Federal Tax credits available to help make the systems much more affordable!
