Hello PS 193 Families. For the past few weeks, I’m sure many of us have been having serious conversations with our children about the violence and protests we’ve been seeing. A few of our parents have come together to provide another platform for expression and welcome you to be there. Please join us for a solidarity march for Social Justice. Students are encouraged to bring signs that relate to the current protests. Please see suggested examples below. Please wear masks a...nd note that social distancing will be observed. It was a great event today! Thank you to all the parents that came out to support as our students lifted their voices. A very special shout out to a couple of our teachers Ms. Sam and Ms. Siwiski that came out to support and speak with the children about justice, equality, and protesting peacefully. It was awesome! This is just the first of many to come!

Let’s shout out our Pre-K and Kindergarteners!! Congratulations on your Step-Up ceremonies on Monday and Tuesday. You guys rock and make all of us so very proud! Congratulations!

We would like to take this time to celebrate all of our 5th grade graduates of PS 193!!! We are so very proud you! Wish we could all be together to give each of you hugs and kisses but know that we are cheering you on! You’ve only just begun to shine! Congratulations 5th Grade Families!!!
