Dear Community, We just had to take time out today. Time out from the grief and struggles of one crisis to acknowledge the grief and struggles of another one. These were just everyday people trying to live their everyday lives. They had hopes, they had dreams, they had futures, and they had the expectation that they would be able to pursue them. And now they don't. We support and applaud those making their voices heard through their positive deeds and actions. In the f...ace of all this hurt and raw emotion we need to find common ground and keeping moving toward better days ahead. We don't know when it will happen, but we are looking forward to real world celebrations of our collective resilience and spirit. Our everyday people are here to protect your people everyday.

Hope for some changes to the guidelines for PPP forgiveness.

We are making a game plan and recommendations for re-opening here in NYC, and it does not look like this. We hope it will someday soon, but not now.

As we approach an end to the shutdown in NYC and plan for a transition to a new reality, we are keeping our eyes and ears tuned to State guidelines and watching for results from areas opening before us.

It's not too soon to start planning, and it's a great time to dust off those abandoned projects and consider new avenues. Safely.

Really good article from the point of view of one small business owner for other small business owners, plus lots of input from others going through the process of applying. Funding seems to be a bit random. Some people applied recently and got answers quickly, some applied 2 weeks ago and are still waiting for a sign. Anyway, wanted to share with our clients and anyone else out there in the same boat.
