Schedule for this coming week! Lots of options in or out of the gym! The best time to start is right now!

Join us virtually this week! Open to all, and No equipment needed, but a couple of dumbbells and/or a kettlebell will help. We hope to resume some in person classes on 1/4.

Our adult group schedule this week, we’re adding a few morning classes and we we hope to see you there!

A huge shout out to Kathy Treuthart, she’s put in 20 workouts in the past 30 days! Like everyone else, Kathy has had challenges this year, but they didn’t hold her back, they pushed her forward. Today she benched 110lbs, and Deadlifted 252. ... Be like Kathy.
