So I have been a huge fan of Are Lingus and have actually recommended some of my clients to use the airline. However, this will no longer be the case. I have recently flown both in January and May/June and have seen consistently poor service so I can no longer in good conscience recommend this airline to anyone (specifically flying into and out of Toronto). Within the last 6 months communication has been poor and baggage delivery has been unbearably long (2 hours plus in both instances). On both occasions several flights came after and all passengers received their luggage and left. Until they clean up their act, Aer Lingus is a no go for QCT. #aerlingus #neveragain #queencitytravels #loyalcustomer
