Quinn's Eagle Project

Yesterday, we delivered 105 meals from Fresh Catch Poke Co. to Sisters of Charity Hospital for the Emergency Department and ICU staff! Thank you so much to all the incredible people who made this possible. With last nights delivery, we have been able to delivery over 800 meals and desserts. Stay tuned for more updates!

As of tomorrow, with your support we will have delivered Meals, desserts, coffee, and treats From TEN local restaurants and bakeries... To over EIGHT HUNDRED Front Line Heroes....... To SEVEN local Hospitals... In Erie, Niagara, and Chautauqua Counties... And we even got in some fire stations! And while an Eagle Scout Project is about the community support and is not a fundraiser - we could not have gotten these front line heroes taken care of without the generous financial support of our community. With a recent donation of over $1200 from the Employees at Harris Computer in Niagara Falls, We managed to DOUBLE our original goal of $5,000 to $10,000! This allowed us to double the amount of meals we wanted to provide and expand our project through three counties! I have officially CLOSED fundraising for this project! We will be delivering meals from Fresh Catch Poke Co. This afternoon and evening to Sisters of Charity Hospital . Just dropped off food for 90 healthcare heroes at Brooks Memorial in Dunkirk. We are coming to Chautauqua County! We just ordered 90 desserts from St. Stephen's Cafe to go along with the lunches we are delivering tomorrow to Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk. The blueberry scones are amazing and the brownies are the best! So glad we found this fantastic little place that does a ton of community outreach on its own.
