Who doesn’t love having long hair, that looks THIS good? You can too! How about we start the new year with a good haircut?
Who said a haircut means cutting your length(not that us cutting specialists don’t enjoy a good change)? It’s all about the shape you create customized for your client!
Do you want a haircut that makes styling easy and effortles, or better yet, looks good doing nothing!? Everyone does obviously ! I am all about curating the perfect haircut for YOUR lifestyle. Haircuts can be a beautiful thing when you find a stylist that knows what they’re doing!
This was a fun transformation! I always teach my client something they can go home and recreate- whether it be how to let your hair air dry in a controlled setting, or using a hot tool. If you want some, what I call user friendly styling tricks and tips, book a styling tutorial appointment with me! I guarantee you will leave the salon feeling like you can too, accomplish a look that makes you feel like a million bucks !
Found this freshened up haircut from a couple months ago, and had to post because, hair goals @basslauren

Loving this textured blonde collab by me and @yvonnedoesmyhair .
Fun fact: I curly hair, all texture actually. Cutting the hair from wet to dry really allows the shape to show itself as it expands. This also gives me an opportunity to play around with different products, and setting techniques for diffusing the hair.
A little clean up for my blue eyed babe
Freshened up this babes locks last night! I think we all need a little pick me up these days.
A fun transformation the other day. The best time of the year for a change (especially after this past year)! I find this is the perfect happy-medium length for someone who’s never gone shorter before, but wants to see a change. Who’s ready?
One of my favorite haircuts to cut right here! A bold outline with the scissors, textured throughout with the razor. The best of both worlds!
The revive- when a client wants to keep their length, but needs some TLC everywhere else. styled with @kerastase_official #lincroyable (a great blowdry lotion for someone who likes to touch up their hair between shampoos. It reactivates with heat and has re-shapable hold), and @oribe #maxamista (a thickening blowdry spray, great for anyone who wants to make the hair look fuller)!
A VERY big change for this lady yesterday (to say the least)! After taking quite a bit of length, weight and adding some layers, she’s a new woman!
After way too long @giannacipriano_ finally paid me a visit! She wanted to keep her length, so I added some long layers!
The babe collab - cut by me, color by @colorbydd A change, without feeling drastic!
Wanting to keep her length, but also wanted to feel like she got a haircut- I used the razor to create long layers. When cutting very long hair, over-directing everything forward is the best way to preserve length in the back!
Fun collab with @yvonnedoesmyhair (Obv I did the haircut, she did the color )
Nothing better then a blunt bob, when you’re an ocd cutting specialist (precisely cut with scissors)! Styled with @kerastase_official #serumtherapiste (my favorite). Color by @colorbyjamiedlm
Nothing like a good lob ! I love the combination of using scissors and the razor for that perfect blunt, yet textured look.
A long, overdue haircut refresher for this babe today
Fun transformation yesterday! Molly has a LOT of hair, so I used the razor to remove the length & create layers (this allows for the hair to collapse nicely on the ends which will prevent it from looking bushy), before internally removing weight.
This mane though. Haircut by yours truly . Paired with color by @yvonnedoesmyhair (swipe for more)
A fun collab with @yvonnedoesmyhair (cut by me) a perfect combination of precision and texture, using the razor and scissors!
After a long stretch between haircuts, we finally gave miss @katiechristian hair some life !
When your hair looks good, nothing else matters! Freshened up @lenimatava layers for the fall
Your hair is your best accessory- why wouldn’t you want the best for it? The best doesn’t mean going a year without a haircut and using shampoo from CVS. The best is receiving an amazing haircut/experience and maintaining it. The best is when your stylist educates and shows you how you can style/maintain your hair at home in between your salon visits, in addition to reserving your next appointment. You get the idea
This babe needed a little pick-me-up , while keeping her length. I’d say this did the trick! Have long hair and bad experiences of stylists either cutting too much or not enough? Fear no more!
Cleaned up haircut and blowout
One of my favorite haircuts to cut! Using the razor, I took slight diagonal-back sections starting around the face, bringing everything forward holding square to the head. The perfect shag
First time since March we’ve had a reason to get dressed up
Yes, Lobs are still a thing- and I believe will be for a long time. I’m not mad about it! Yesterday’s fun before & after
In the process of growing out @allyschustek hair- with visits every 8 weeks to maintain the shape, and just clean up the ends! Who doesn’t want their hair looking good, WHILE growing it out?!
@melissavandaly is heading into fall with a fun, textured razor-bob! Twisted and diffuser using @oribe curlgloss and supershinelight moisturizing cream
Another cut/color collab from me and @colorbydd
The perfect long bob cut with the razor a perfect balance of blunt & textured!
A modern day curly shag- cut with a combination of scissors and razor.
When your client is hair goals . Sometimes just classic long layers is you need!
A fun makeover I did using the razor. Sometimes people just need a change. A new haircut is a great way to express yourself!
Fun haircut the other day, with color by @colorbyjamiedlm - When a client has a lot of hair, but wants something blunt, yet versatile for styling- I love using a combination of scissor and razor. The perfect balance of blunt and textured really allows for different ways of styling. Love me some blunt bobs !
Warms my heart when an old client from the city takes the train from Brooklyn, JUST to see me for a haircut!
Post haircut & @kerastase_official #fusiodose treatment
Nothing like a good before and after! This babe loves her hair long, but wanted to take SOME length off (along with adding some layers)- here’s a happy medium !
I can’t get over how much this babes hair has transformed! Shes in every 6 weeks for her haircuts (and color with @yvonnedoesmyhair ). Why wait til you feel desperate for a haircut, when you can maintaine it looking like this!?
When you’re just meant to have short hair, this is what it looks like!
A freshened up haircut to lift your spirits (lighting was not the best to show off the beautiful color by @colorbydd )
A cleaned up haircut, ready for a first year of unconventional college
Did a classic long layer with the razor (with weight removed as well), after some pretty hair painting with @yvonnedoesmyhair
I think this speaks for itself! Fun transformation yesterday! (Cut by me; Color by @lindseyperfetto_hair )
She asked for a change, so I gave her one (color refreshed by @lindseyperfetto_hair )
So much fun cutting this- Love a good change! Thinking about going shorter? Pictures are a GREAT way to reference what you may be interested in, but all of my haircuts are customized for each individual.
The perfect length for this babe! I love using the razor to create hidden layers for a more modern, textured look.
Gave life to @nikkileibo haircut! Paired with beautiful mocha hues by @colorbydd @ Nassau County, New York
When the haircut is this good! love me some client selfies @ Bellmore, New York
@aheans with her freshened up layers by me and summer blonde by @colorbydd @ Nassau County, New York
A few inches and some weight off her shoulders (literally) !
I can honestly say I love what I do. Being a stylist isn’t something I always envisioned, but something I always enjoyed and admired from afar. I never knew the potential this industry offered to people, if they worked hard. When I started my career, almost 10 years ago, I wanted to be in the best possible facility for education in NYC. That lead me to @arrojonyc - I was so blown away by the whole experience/ambiance that I decided to work at the salon. As a departmentalized ...salon, I chose to specialize in cutting. I was BLOWN away by the talent I was surrounded by! After a long and bumpy road, having to find hair models every week for 2 years (after school, during my apprenticeship)- I finished and became a stylist on the floor. My experiences and hardships have shaped me into the stylist I am today. After needing a change from NYC after 5 years, I landed at @delamersalon_spa - an education based salon, filled with passion and teamwork (everything I was built on). See more
Where my curly ladies at !? Don’t know how to manage your curls? Call the salon and make an appointment with yours truly! @ Nassau County, New York
Another one ! Collab with @colorbydd @ Nassau County, New York
A modern day shag for @liizjeffery ! I used the razor and layered her hair (starting shorter around the face) over-directing everything from the back to the front, square to the head. Diffused natural using @oribe curlgloss and supershine @ Bellmore, New York
A little business in the front, party in the back! Sides done with scissor over comb. @ Bellmore, New York
I absolutely love cutting short hair. Fun fact: there is way more detail work that going into short hair, weather you are a man or a woman. The details of each haircut is customized for the individual based on face/head shape and lifestyle. Not that longer lengths aren’t, you just see EVERY imperfection when the hair is short. @ Nassau County, New York
This one was quite the transformation, I must say. Always fun when completely changing someone’s look!
Unfortunately, the lavender wasn’t purple anymore. @ Lavender Fields
Teaching my clients how to embrace their curl, through proper technique and appropriate product! And of course a good haircut to go with all the above ! @oribe #curlgloss happens to be one of my favorite products for SOFT hold and hydration. @ Nassau County, New York
Big changes for this guy . Not happy with your hair? You probably just need a GOOD haitcut! It’s amazing what a difference it can make!
Miss @taylorkurzzzz was long overdue for a haircut (due to obvious reasons)- so I added some soft layers, to transition her previous shorter length into this beaut ! @ Bellmore, New York
Thanks for nominating me @gabybanschick @colorbydd @beccaivy #challengeaccepted
A smile speaks 1000 words! Brought this beauts hair back to life after a long search for a good haircut
