How much longer are YOU going to wait, when we ALL know that we DON’T know how much time we have?

Martial arts is a practice of detaching emotions from pain, of living in the flow. Just like in life, sometimes the flow sucks. Having to say goodbye. Losing s...omething important. Getting your dreams dashed. No matter how sucky that moment feels, the most important thing is to show up, and get through with it. The only way to grow and not repeat the lesson again, is to not dodge the process. In the grand scheme of things in life, the sting you feel today will hardly matter. The emotions of this moment will pass. When you know that no matter what curveballs life throws at you, even if you can’t return a clean shot right now, you can still choose to weather through it with grace - that is something you can be proud of. We like to think that we are in command of our destiny, but we’re not. Things happen, life happens, it is not our job to control what happens to us in life.
