Between 2013 and 2017, there were 2,580 fires per year in buildings with major renovations going on. If your building is going through, or planning on going through, a major renovation, including a lobby renovation or corridor refurbish, it's important to ensure that fire safety is not forgotten. NFPA 241 requires a Fire Prevention Program for all construction projects. In addition, a Fire Prevention Program Manager is required to ensure that all fire safety requirements are being met. RAEL Fire Protection has acquired Heads Up Fire Sprinklers, Inc., a Queens, New York-based fire sprinkler company. Heads Up staff will continue to service their customers and locations under the RAEL Fire Protection brand, expanding RAEL’s capacity and geographic presence.
