Such a pleasure to reconnect with one of our favorite chefs today @stonebarns for their #chefinresidence program. The wonderfully talented and ever amazing @victoriablamey was at the pass, creating sensational food inspired by the long and pristine Chilean coast. Keep your eyes and ears open as we resume our gastronomic and whisk(e)y tours starting this fall!

Each of them runs a solo restaurant kitchen. We will be discussing various aspects of what goes into that. So very saddened to hear of the likely permanent closure of Grupo elBarri, the restaurant group from the great Albert Adria and Grupo Iglesias that included such unforgettable and wonderful restaurants as Tickets, Enigma, Hoja Santa, Bodega 1900 and Pakta, and were such an important part of our Legacy of elBulli Tour of 2018. At this point, the elBarri Group itself will be no more, but it is not yet entirely clear as to the fates of the individual restaurants or the future direction of Albert Adria and his incredible team. We wish them well collectively and individually and look forward to future gastronomic and other encounters with them whether at these restaurants should they be resurrected, or elsewhere. https://www.elperiodico.com//cierra-el-barri-tickets-enigm
