My boyfriend is an amazing orange marmalade maker. We started with a half case of organic oranges, juiced the oranges and made citrus bliss probiotic soda with the juice. He then removed the pith, julienned the orange peels, released the essential oils, cooked that with organic fair trade sugar and made this precious, gorgeous, delicious marmalade. A labor of love! If one is going to be having some sugar in their life... this is the way... If anyone is interested in some mess...age me.
