MARCH 1907 at BROAD STREET and EXCHANGE in New York City right near the future 60 Broad RCA building. This photo was captured during the financial crash of 1906-1907. This image shows the "Rich Man's Panic" that started on March 9, 1907 and peaked on March 26 when stocks fell 10%. The first nine months of 1907 the stock market crashed 25%. I would say this was far worse than the 1929 crash.
This message is from TOM MOYER: "I worked at Global from 1973 to 1978 as a field Service tech in Chicago for Dan Patrisso. I then moved over to Sales and was transferred to the Detroit office. I worked for Jim Murphy who had moved from to Detroit to Chicago. I was moved back to Chicago in 1980 and became the Sales Manager there. I left RCAGC in 1980 but returned 1984 and worked in Sales Engineering for 2 years. It was a great company with great people. I would love to hear f...rom former colleagues. I worked with Scott Mundric and Tim Jason at RCAGC in Chicago and again with both at other companies and we keep in touch to this day. All the best. Tom Moyer https://www.facebook.com/tom.moyer.940

This picture is of five (5) RCA Radioman aboard the USS Boston (CAG-1) out on liberty overseas in 1959. Walter Rogers is on the bottom right and directly above him is Artie Cochran. Artie and Walter met aboard the USS Boston (CAG-1) in 1959. They worked in "CRYPTO" together. To this day they still keep in touch with each other on a regular basis.
Here's a blast from the past sent by Walter Rogers and Artie Cochran. Walter Rogers on the left, Artie Cochran on the right and the feller in the middle is another radioman named Dan Patrick from Syracuse, NY. This was taken in Naples on Dec. 24th, 1959

Phil Rauso worked for RCA from 1956-1988 and is showing off his RCA t-shirt and coffee mug. Take a photo wearing your t-shirt or posing with your mug (or both!) and post it here!
ATTENTION RCA EMPLOYEES: A woman named Allie Turner is try to obtain information about a former RCA employee in the 1950-1960s timeframe. I'm looking for anyone who worked there around 1962 There are a number of colleagues who worked at RCA in 1962. What would you like to know ? Anything about Frank (Francis) Turner. He worked in advertising. I believe he started working for RCA around 1956 or 57'. I'm looking for anything about him. Any pictures, stories, what he was like, ads he worked on. Literally any information anyone has. He passed before I was born and I don't have much information or know much about him. Does anyone remember a Frank Turner ? Regards, Richard Volz
A big THANK YOU to SUSAN HANTZ-WEST for her generous donation in helping to keep the RCA website and social networking site up and running.
While a student at BrooklynTech HS, I worked at 66 Wall Street; my boss was Mr. Kaplan. When the United Nations moved to Hunter College, (1947-48) RCA had a bo...oth to send/receive radiograms. I was asked to work there after school. There were at least two of us on duty as "runners", and we were furnished with nice looking uniforms, They were kind of a greenish olive drab with bright red accents and epaulets with RCA on them. I saw Harry Truman, Nikita Khruhscev, and delivered radiograms to Trygve Lie. Most fun: when my colleague convinced a couple of nearby secretaries that we were members of the Royal Canadian Air Force ! See more
