Re-INVENT Private Personal Training and Pilates

I haven't been on here for a while. I am currently at Synergy Fitness Astoria, Unlimited Body Astoria, and Suryaside Wellness in Sunnyside. Barre and Pilates! Come and take a class! PM me and first one is on me!

There will be class on Saturday September 1st at 9 am at Synergy. We will be using bands to apply more resistance. I like to change up my workout so you all get the most out of it!
