A goal without a timeline is just a dream.... This is a quote I heard years ago and has always caused me to turn the invisible goals into the VISIBLE dreams . Today I toured Main Place Tower with clients and friends as they embark on their search for expansive commercial space. ....While I am not traditionally a commercial agent, I found myself extremely comfortable and a little nostalgic.... I look back at my career prior to Real Estate, which was owning and operating ...a family collection of Subway Restaurants and involved the never-ending-search for the next great restaurant space. I credit my parents as pioneering this but I was always interested in learning the terms of the lease agreements (weird, I know ). We had the opportunity to see some renovated spaces and some of the vacant spaces in the building. We got to see, first hand, the plans the company has to develop fabulous commercial/mixed use spaces in the next few years. Yesterday we said Goodbye to Zach, Peters oldest son. If you know me, you most likely know about my family. You’ve probably heard me talk about how cool, fun, funny, smart, polite, talented, athletic, thoughtful.... (and messy) my 4 step sons are . But they’re just the best and I’m so thankful I’ve been able to enjoy this life with them. Zach has struggled with OCD, anxiety, depression and addiction for the last several years. It has been a challenge for him to find happines...s. We are heartbroken to say it finally got the best of him. As we try to climb out of this fog without him, we appreciate the love that has been sent our way. Nothing makes us happier than having our big family and a full house.
