Life can be so busy, filled with chores, and just stuff. Stuff that has to be done. I realized after a crazy weekend filled with work, and a project that had to be finished so we could enjoy it for one day, I realized I had to stop the madness. It doesn’t have to be perfect, we don’t have to have it finished. It will get done. When I don’t do my own self care, which is taking walks, running, being outside with nature, with my dog, or my kids, I get very stressed. I love so...litude, I love the outside. So this morning, I got up extra snd went outside into these woods where in the last years has been my therapy. I’ve cried, I’ve screamed , I have sweat, and got bitten by many bugs. But I always feel ready to@take on any challenges, but am reminded to take that time. in the pursuit of knowledge, every day something is added.
