White tooth tips! Did you know you can brush your teeth too often and too hard? It is only recommended to brush twice a day. After a meal, try rinsing with water and chewing with sugar-free gum instead of brushing. Especially because after you eat something acidic your enamel in a softened state and could wear more easily. Working on an Invisalign case. This will be a 4 month long case start to finish. I spend a lot of time tweaking each movement before I approve the case to make sure we don’t have unnecessary movements which will delay the case.
