From the Odyssey Cocktail Club: The Sirens (a Margarita variant): 2 oz Espolòn tequila ... 2/3 oz Pama Pomegranate 2/3 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger 3/4 oz lime juice (Half of a juicy lime) Garnish of lemon wheel or wedge Salt the rim of the glass In a shaker, add tequila, Pama, Canton, lime juice and ice Shake and strain into the glass Garnish In book 12 of Homer’s Odyssey, the hero Odysseus escaped the seductive Sirens’ called with the help of the sorceress Circe, who advised him to fill his crew’s ears with wax so that they could not hear.
