Rigging limbs off of this pine to avoid power lines, a cabin and to preserve the White Cedar beneath.

Hazard pine removal. 1/3 of the root mass had grown beneath a cabin and was slowly lifting the cabin upward in the front. The root mass was established on top of ledge rock which typically doesn’t allow for a good foothold. The heart of the tree was also in the early stages of a Red Ring Rot infection. The lean was favoring the high tension electrical distribution lines. She was one swift wind gust away from causing some major damage.
