Meet Stacy Suarez, she’s been on the RefuahHealth team for 18 years! Stacy is a Medical Receptionist at our South Fallsburg site in Upstate NY. We asked what she loves about her job? Patient satisfaction!! We really go above and beyond for our patients... feels great to help someone. When she is not running the office Stacy is also a Mom of 4, with just one more HS graduation to go! Stacy loves fishing, gardening, camping, campfires (and roasting Kosher Eggplant Parmesan in particular.) Our staff and patients alike all gravitate towards Stacy’s helpful and easygoing manner. Her favorite quote? Hakunna Matatta!

Join us in welcoming Luna Ramos to our team! With Covid-19 the need for extra screening is apparent. That’s why Luna Ramos has joined our Patient Greeters at the Main site. Luna screens all who enter the building for telling symptoms She also directs the patients to the right place for their appointments. Luna likes getting to help people everyday in any way that I can. She has an Associates degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities and hopes to work at RefuahHealth long term! Luna is a first generation graduate , enjoys reading and likes any food dish that has chicken! Staff like Luna make the patient experience a smooth one!

Get to know Dr. Jeffrey Lubin OD, FCOVD! He’s been on RefuahHealth’s Optometry team for 17 years His goal is to continuously provide the best eye care for patients of all ages. What’s his favorite part of the job? Enabling my patients to see all the accomplishments G-d has created. Dr. Lubin enjoys traveling and usually plans his own itineraries. He also likes to remember and recreate the Jewish meals his Grandmother used to make.

Have you met Benjamin Rudin? Benjamin’s been a Registered Nurse in our Medical Department for the past 5 years. He likes helping others get better and stay healthy ! Quoting Albus Dumbledore, Benjamin firmly believes It does not do well to dwell on dreams and forget to live. We appreciate the excellent care that Benjamin gives to all of his patients. In his free time Benjamin enjoys reading and playing with his two adorable kids .

In response to recent concerns regarding an increase in local cases of COVID-19, RefuahHealth rapidly deployed its mobile units and staff, ultimately testing over 1,000 patients within a 24-hour period. By working hand in hand with our community and state and local leadership, we believ...e we can save lives. Even if you are not experiencing any symptoms, we strongly encourage you to get tested. Even if you do not have any symptoms, you can still spread the illness to your loved ones who may be more vulnerable to the virus. By testing and learning if you are a carrier, you can help stop the spread and keep those you care about safe. A friendly reminder: Sunny days call for sunscreen Here’s what RefuahHealth Physician Michael Rosen recommends for children: Apply about 1 oz to cover exposed skin at least 15 to 30 minutes before going out. Most people only apply sunscreen at the beginning of the day - but if you’re going to be out for a while, be sure to keep reapplying every 2 hours to protect young skin from sun damage. Be mindful that UV rays are intensified by reflection off sand and water. It's best to avoid water play between the hours 10 AM and 2 PM when the sun is directly overheadAlso, note that water-resistant sunscreens only last about 45 to 60 minutes in the pool, so be sure to reapply as needed
