30 years ago (today) I incorporated "Regan & Associates, Inc." in DE ... myself; I DIDN'T want to pay a lawyer ... to do it for me. 30 years LATER, we're (still) here and serving our clients, day-in & day-out. It's been a WONDERFUL, wild ride and ... I'm THANKFUL!

THIS week ... is a BIG one! We just landed our 4th "new" client for 2021 AND, on Friday (3/19), we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of our Incorporation Date. Time DOES ... Fly!

Another BUSY week & ANOTHER new client. We'd like to welcome this non-bank, CA based company to our roster and look forward to helping them achieve ... their objective!

I am MOST proud of my decision to donate my (left) kidney to Jimmy Neebling; a man I did not even know when the process started on 3/4/20. The operations were performed @ RWJ (in New Brunswick, NJ) on 8/4/20 and both of us are doing fine. Some say "Tell me about the character of the individual running an organization and I'll know ALL I need to know about it." Well ... my name is Artie Regan and I run ... THIS one!

So ... another (Apr/May) Busy Season is "in the books". ALL of our clients had ALL of their (binding) proposals pass WITH the requisite votes achieved ... "on time & on schedule". I'd like to thank our staff, vendors & affiliates for a job ... WELL done!

We participated in a Virtual Annual Meeting (today) as a Legal Proxy holder on behalf of a long-term client; a number of "firsts" ... for us!

To All: We lost our (only) offices on 9/11/01, however, ALL of our people ... survived! We (all) reported back to work (at a different location) on 9/13/01 and did NOT fail to deliver a single vote that we were retained for. We did NOT allow 9/11 to stop us and we will NOT allow this Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation to stop us either. Rest assured that R&A will continue to serve ALL of our clients on an UNinterrupted basis in the future, as we HAVE in the past!

I have run companies that are "Wall Street Connected" since 1988; there is NO (good) reason for "Panic Selling" now! Sit TIGHT, Ride the storm OUT and accept that markets NEVER go straight up!

So today we secured the required vote for yet another merger proposal; one of over 400 that we have assisted with since 1991. Also, we re-signed a continuing client to a multi-year (solicitation) contract. These (multi-year) contracts are a GREAT way for our clients to factor in our fees during their budgeting processes. As always, I'd like to Thank our staff, vendors & affiliates for their continued support!

CONGRATULATIONS to our newest Vice President, Lukas Agrapidis; your CONSISTENT attendance, hard work & dedication have NOT gone UNnoticed. [ Bravo! ]

Thankfully, ALL of our phone lines were restored within hours of the outage yesterday. Leaving our office building, I noticed numerous Verizon Trucks with their crews working underground. [In NYC, every now & then, something happens "underground" and phone service is interrupted for a couple of buildings.] IF you attempted to reach us (yesterday) and couldn't get through, call back and let us know HOW we can help you.
