To cooperate our community effort to curb this pandemic, effective Saturday, 03/21/2020, REMAX Recreation will suspend all Saturday and Sunday sports training classes for TWO weeks. 03/07/2020 Re: Coronavirus Updates Dear Parents/Guardians and students,... The health and safety of all of our students continues to be our first priority in the wake of the evolving situation around the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in New York City. REMAX aware of parents and students’ concerns regarding our actions and plans during the coronavirus outbreak. We encourage parents and students to learn about facts and continue to practice general viral infection prevention measures. Your cooperation is very important. Actions We’ve Taken 1. Monitoring daily updates and guidance from the NYC Department of Education and the Department of Health 2. Hand washing is strongly encouraged for all coaches, staffs, students before and after class. 3. In-class equipment are disinfected before class 4. Students with respiratory disease symptoms are advised to stay home. 5. Students, and his/her family and friends, who has recent travel history are advised to stay home for at least 14 days 6. Masks are allowed in class 7. Absolute no food or drinking sharing in class 8. Students can choose not to attend class if they feel uncomfortable attending. To ease parents’ concern, we will allow one more makeup class for this training session. 9.As of today, classes will be held as usual.
