The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) updated their status. 9 mins On June 26th, CPC’s Michael Skrebutenas & Tom McGrath, Schenectady Metroplex & Capital Region Land Bank, hosted an evening of cocktails, networking & discussion on small multifamily building finance. Small buildings play a big role in the Capital Region’s housing stock. It’s where most people live & is often some of our most affordable & irreplaceable housing. At CPC we’re dedicated to bringing stakeholders together to address the unique financing & preservation needs of our small buildings. Special thanks to Darren Scott from New York State Homes & Community Renewal for taking the time to talk about the agency’s new Small Building Participation Loan Program. Also, thanks to Sandra Vardine from Renaissance Restaurant at The Hall for hosting a great evening!
