Hello, all. It has been awhile since the last update. The Renaissance team has been busy working on it's Italian strategy and formally launched Renaissance Global Ventures Italy SrL last week (RGV Italy). Great team and great partners in the US and in Italy!!!

Another quick update! Renaissance is proud to welcome aboard Andrea Sbordoni as the Chief Operating Officer - Italy. Andrea will play a key role in Renaissance's operations in Italy. He has a distinguished career and is a great addition to the team! He has held several sen...ior roles at General Electric (GE) throughout Italy, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Most recently, Andrea was a Director of M&A and Integration at GE TIP Italy overseeing several acquisitions and subsequent integrations. Previously he held the role of country operations director for GE TIP Italy where he was integral in building out the GE Capital TIP operating platform. Andrea has spent time at GE Capital in Amsterdam managing M&A and business development activities as well as valuation and due diligence at the deal level. He also has experience with GE commercial finance in the UK, including factoring and trade finance, and has worked as a financial analyst for GE Power Systems in Florence. Andrea began his education at the Universita degli Studi La Sapienza where he studied business and strategic finance and graduated cum laude. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commericalista) and a graduate of the prestigious two-year Financial Management Program (FMP) at GE Europe. Quick update. In December of last year Renaissance entered into a contract to act as the General Manager of Stella Energia, LLC. Stella is a joint venture between Star Energy Holdings and Profit Energy, Inc. that is currently developing and constructing Anaerobic Digestion projects in the mid-western U.S. Stella is currently constructing a dairy cow manure to Renewable Natural Gas project in Huntington, Indiana construction has commenced with COD planned for summer 2018. Projects are never easy but it has been nice to see the pieces slowly fit into place....
