Happy Sunday! We are spending the day here putting our upstairs space back together after the flood and will be seeing clients here again starting Tuesday! Yay!!!! Unfortunately our lower level is still being worked on so we did have to cancel some of our clients that do need that room. With that said I have an opening this Tuesday for a one hour appointment at 330pm! My next opening is not until the end of March! 315-350-0715 to schedule

Well, yesterday was not the kind of Wednesday we wanted to have! A pipe burst on the third floor of our building and flooded out both levels of our space. Needless to say, there is a lot of cleaning and repairs to be done and unfortunately our office in Camillus will be closed for a bit. BUT....... Thankfully, we have found a temporary space in Solvay that we can use while our office is being fixed!! I am so grateful for the space, tho I already miss our home in the villag...e of camillus. Please bare with us as we work to accommodate our clients as best as we can! There are three of us and only one room at our temporary space...so we will be trying to adjust our schedules over the next few days as some of our appointments overlap. If you have an upcoming appointment, we will contact you with information about our location and whether or not we need to reschedule you. Thank you ahead of time for your patience and understanding through this bump in the road. Rachel, Wendie, and I look forward to seeing all soon!

5 YEARS in Business!! I am SO PROUD of how far we have come! Opening my own business was scary and a huge leap of faith but I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and went for it! Look at me now, Im booked out months ahead of time and our team is continuously growing! Most importantly tho, is how many people I have had the opportunity to help through the healing touch of massage these past 5 years. I thank each and every one of you who have played a role in helping my business grow, from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate YOU! I am so excited for the next 5 years in business and dont you worry, I have not stopped dreaming BIG! My 5 year plan for Restorations Massage Therapy is a good one. I will continue stepping outside that comfort zone and crush my goals and dreams!!

EXCITING NEWS EVERYONE!!! We now have a new Licensed Massage Therapist, Wendie, who has just joined our team here at Restorations Massage Therapy! Wendie is so excited to get started and has shared a bit about herself below! Wendie specializes in Women's Massage and if you'd like to schedule with her you can contact her directly at 315-224-0024. We are so happy to have someone as kind, caring and driven as Wendie, to be joining us! We cant wait for you all to meet her! H...ello, everyone! My name is Wendie Smith, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York State. I am so honored to be affiliated with and located inside Restorations Massage Therapy in Camillus, NY. It is so nice to be working alongside such wonderful, caring people. It has been my dream since I was a little girl to help people with pain and healing, and finally I am able to do that. My focus is entirely on women, healing and relaxation with therapeutic massage. I use Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, aromatherapy, hot stone massage and Shiatsu for balancing energy. Reiki is also used intuitively. Women are the care givers of the world, and self care is so very important. Taking time out is not easy in this busy world, but it can also be very healing and make everything seem a little brighter. Everyone’s needs are different, and my massages are very targeted to each individual’s needs and goals. I am especially focused on anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma recovery and pain management as well as energy balancing and relaxation. We hold our emotions and experiences of our heart and soul in our physical bodies, and they need to be cared for too. Today I had the honor of massaging some of the veterans and other residents at Camillus Pointe Senior Apartments. Ron Cain (U.S. Marine Corp Veteran) put on a thoughtful event to honor the Veterans at Camillus Pointe and to honor/remember all of the men and women that have and are serving our country. Thank you Ron for allowing me to be a part of this special event. Please take a moment today to remember and thank a Veteran, without them we wouldn't have the freedom we have. GOD BLESS AMERICA! ****Health update**** With the spread of Covid-19 happening so rapidly we decided to have a meeting about what measures we will be taking here at Restorations Massage Therapy. Number 1 and probably most important, is that like we always have, we will still be disinfecting our rooms between every client. We will be wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant wipes, including all door knobs between all sessions. We also, always have and always will continue to wash our arms and... hands throughly between every session. Second, we have decided it best to have any clients that have recently traveled, to please wait 14 days after arriving home before coming in for your massage. This does mean some will have to reschedule and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. And as always, If you are showing any signs of sickness, please let us know and stay home. To many the virus is nothing more than a cold, but because it can be spread so easily and be deadly to some, we are taking extra precautionary measures. We have lots of elderly and immune compromised clients that we are trying to keep safe and healthy. Because of the nature of our work (working so closely with people) we have to be a little extra cautious during these next few weeks. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will remain open and continue to take new appointments, as long as we are healthy and hope you can make it in to see us. We promise to let Restorations Massage Therapy be your escape from all the madness. We do look forward to seeing you all soon!
