Mr. Bivolaru will be responsible for souring new properties suitable for investment and/or development, including both housing and commercial real estate opportunities. Mr. Bivolaru said. Mr. Bivolaru joins RAC with prior experience in the alternative investments sector. Most recently, he worked for the Beryl Consulting Group, focused on fund scouting and due diligence for hedge funds with an AUM ranging from $100 million to $1 billion. Mr. Bivolaru holds two simultaneous bachelor’s degrees from New York University’s Polytechnic School of Engineering and Tisch School of the Arts. I am excited about the innovative approach and concept planning that Mr. Bivolaru will contribute to the RAC Corporation as we advance our growing portfolio of projects. He has the motivation for developing real estate opportunities coupled, with incorporating new technologies and marketing associated with these projects, Richard A.
