For those of you that already filed your 1040 with the IRS and owed and set it up to come out of your bank account on April 15th, you can get it moved to come out on July 15 - or any date prior to July 15th. If you had a CPA prepare them you can simply call the US Treasury Financial Agent directly at 888-353-4537. Must do it no later than 2 days before it is scheduled to come out.

On Tuesday afternoon I met a very sweet retired lady at her home to pick up her taxes. We had a geat chat. On Thursday evening I called her to let her know her returns were done. She was happy with how fast I had turned them around and how inexpensive I did them for, but one thing she said in particular really made my day. She said "I like working with dependable people, and you are that!" :)

Fun Fact #1: January 19 was Quitters Day. If you made it past that day with your New Year's Resolution in tacts, congratulations. If you slacked off, no time like the present to start fresh. Fun Fact #2: Monday is the first day you can e-file your returns with IRS.
