I hope you and your family members are well. As you know, the current mandate by Governor Cuomo permits only essential businesses to interact in-person with the public. The good news is that banks, mortgage companies and attorneys are considered essential and are working. Additionally, many Home Inspectors have received waivers from the State to continue to operate. The bad news is that Real Estate Agents are not considered essential at this time. While we can still work... from home, our offices are locked and we cannot conduct in-person activities that include showings or Open Houses. Therefore, in an effort to protect everyone’s safety, I have made adjustments to my business and am currently conducting Business As Unusual. What this means is that: I am conducting meetings over the telephone with clients I am able to list homes virtually, using a combination of the telephone, electronic signatures, photos taken by you, etc. For those that are selling, I am able to schedule virtual showings for buyers and their agents, with your help For those that are buying, I am able to participate with you on virtual tours of listings that interest you, write offers, etc. Please contact me directly at (585) 330-3755, with any questions you may have.
