It’s fair season! Showmanship at Cortland County Fair was held Thursday. Ben (Christel Ripley Axtell’s youngest) was awarded Reserve Master Showman. Showmanship at our county fair is one of the toughest competitions our kids will face all show season. You know if you win at Cortland you’ve done something right! Congratulations Ben!! Ben was also awarded the Joe Axtell Memorial Award, for the highest placing Guernsey showman, in honor of his father. It was awarded to him by his mom Christel, brother Josh, niece Lexi & nephew Weston.

This will come as no surprise to many of you that we thought of this idea very last minute. So this crew is representing the whole family as we wish you all a very Merry Christmas! We hope you enjoy it at least as much as the cows did.
