I found the below article while conducting research for a recent presentation. The numbers (domestically) surrounding loss of revenue tied to disengagement ($350B annually) and turnover ($1T annually) are staggering. Especially, when one considers the security measures and proactive steps (security cards, video surveillance) to protect against corporate theft ($16B annually): https://lnkd.in/dgFHm_K8 Loss of revenue tied to disengagement is 20x that of corporate theft (steali...ng a laptop, tablet, pens, post-its, etc.).
