Happy Summer Solstice! What is your favorite summer activity?

This evening’s beautiful Full Moon is the perfect time to release any negative energy you’ve stored up this month. On a scrap of paper, write down what you feel needs to be released from your life. Carefully burn paper or tear into tiny pieces and release on the wind. Envision that negativity disappearing with the paper. Repeat over the next two nights, as needed. Tonight is also an excellent time to lay out crystals, water, your favorite jewelry or scarf, to soak up the Full Moon’s energy.
