Requested Estimates: All requested estimates are given based on visual inspection of property/home and requested work for a fee** Upon inspection and discussion of requested project a written estimate will be given within 30 days based on determination of whether the home project is feasible within the limits of the request/home/property. ... All written estimates are based on projected time, labor and materials and does not cover extra labor and materials that are accrued during project. Estimates are first projections on costs and can change upon further information and/or requests of the client. When unexpected complications or additional work crops up during the project or the scope of what you have requested estimated prices will increase based on the additional labor and materials. **All estimates are done for a fee. If the project is secured with client the fee for the estimate will be deducted from the project cost.
