Happy Sunday everyone! Today we are excited to share one of our upcoming collaborative series with you! We have teamed up with @impactearth_composting to create The Zero Waste Ritual x Impact series! Suitable for all ages, these classes combine zero waste education and hand-building. ... Taught by Sara, the owner of Ritual Clay Company, and Abbi, the Education Manager at Impact Earth, they will walk you through each class and teach you how to hand-build your own decorative bowl out of clay. In each class you will learn something different! Some of the topics you will learn include: What happens to food in the landfill How minimizing food waste can save you money Recipes that use food scraps, and food going bad How growing your own food can help minimize food waste. How plants grow and what they need to survive Foraging in Rochester Basics to identifying local plants And more!
