After a lot of thought and discussion, we will be moving forward with River Rock Storage at our former auction hall. We have submitted paperwork with the town and are waiting on approvals. Most units will be climatized. Live camera feeds and electronic access will provide our clients with the safety and security you desire for your possessions. Okay folks, my building has sat unused long enough. Although it makes a great personal heated garage for my toys, that's not a viable future. lol. We are going to start dividing up some of space into temperature-controlled storage units. The building will have electronic access and security cameras. All personal unit entrances will be indoors, so that's double security since a person would first have to access the outside door electronically. I would also like to rent out the... back garage. I can rent that as one total garage, or split it into two separate units. Great place to park your boats or cars if you don't have a lot of driveway space or garage storage space at home. The garage is not temperature controlled. I am asking people to message me if you would possibly be interested in a unit (no obligation). Right now I am trying to gauge interest and determine sizes people think they might need. I am planning to have units available in the spring. Would be great storage for antique dealers and college students. Neither ever have enough storage. I would be willing to work with a group of dealers if they wanted to run weekend flea markets using the spaces, but I have no interest in running the business so someone else would have to take that bull by the horns. Well, today was a bitter-sweet day for River Rock Auctions. Today was our last auction. It was a good run and we made some great friends along the way, but it was time to move on. Tori and I are looking forward to new opportunities that presented themselves to us but will always cherish the memories we made with our clients and customers. We look forward to seeing you at future Auctions!!! (Just not ours anymore!). Thank you everyone. You were all part of our family at River Rock.
