Dear John. it has been one whole year since that terrible call at 4 AM since you have been gone. When I arrived at the hospital I saw the sorrow in your friend's and comrade's face's and knew what I was walking into...I still see each and every face to this day. Then, upon her arrival to the. hospital I had to tell your mom of your passing as I had to do years earlier tell your Gram of her son's, my brother's, passing. Not an easy task. John, I must say your ambulance (after... a small traffic incident) and fire department are doing fine with calls but I am sure and think they miss your presence on calls. They say there is a reason for everything but no reason has come to our minds for your passing. We miss and think of you daily and still ask why.
