Procrastination kills! Especially when it comes to planning. Every year, we as a society put off decisions to save more, invest more, protect better, plan better...and each year we fail to take action, time chips away at our desired future. Consider this: An individual who starts investing $5,000 annually from age 25 to 65 would end up with approximately $1,000,000 at age 65 (assuming 7% interest -- discussion for another post).... Another individual who saves the same $5,000 annually from 35-65 (10 years later) ends up with approximately $500,000 at 65...roughly half! Many other variables to consider here, but you get the point. Starting early pays off big long term. #planning #proactiveapproach # #yourfuture #yourmoney #yourgoals #retirementplanning #retirementsavings #savings #financialfreedom #wealth #retirement #financialawareness #goalsetting

It is becoming harder to tap home equity and to qualify for a mortgage. JP Morgan now requires a 700+ credit score and 20% down. Having access to lines credit can be a strategic way to take advantage of opportunities as we go throughout life, whether it be business or personal. There are other ways to do this.

As a die hard Jordan fan, this has been such a treat to watch. So much more than basketball comes out in this documentary. Who else has been enjoying The Last Dance?
