12 Days of Fitness Challenge On the twelfth day of fitness, RMWL gave to me... a 12 Days of Fitness Smorgasbord! 12 Days of Fitness Smorgasbord: Choose one or two exercises from Day 7, Day 6, Day 1, Day 5, and Day 8 to build your fitness smorgasbord! "Mammograms are the best way to find breast cancer early, when it is easier to treat and before it is big enough to feel or cause symptoms." Make sure you're getting your regular mammograms!

Currently, we have walked 2,630 miles in our journey across the United States of America. We are only 170 miles away from our goal of 2,800 miles! We've passed through Death Valley National Park, California. As of Monday, September 21st we are in Yosemite National Park, California. The last day to record your miles will be this Sunday, September 27th! Let's make this weekend count!
