4th of July F#&ED TRUCK FLASH SALE!! Just remembered that tomorrow is the 4th of July? Had a hankering for bacon in the morning but found your cupboard bare? Do you want to start grilling outside but having a hard time finding the good stuff? Our truck has been damaged in the line of duty and is need of repair. In order to rustle up the necessary funds we are having a sale!!... For two days (Tuesday July 4th and Sunday the 9th) Roaming Root is offering a flash sale. For this limited time, all pork is discounted, and delivery of all products (Candor/Ithaca area) is free!! Each order, whether it pork, plants or shiitake logs will come with a hand picked bouquet of wildflowers especially for you. Limited time pork prices: $7/lb for all fresh cuts, $8/lb linked sausage and smoked cuts, and $9/lb Deli ham and Canadian bacon (last bacon standing) TO ORDER: Get your orders in before 9am (Tues or Sunday) and you can expect delivery between 11am and 3pm. WE HAVE: Hearty linked sausages in 4 fantastic flavors (hot, zesty, mild and breakfast). Mouth watering ham steaks both smoked and fresh. Our baby back and spare ribs are tender when slow cooked, and whether you like dry rub or saucy they are sure to please. Why not use this time to stock up your freezer for the coming season? We also have a selection of roasts to choose from - ham, butt, shoulder, and loin. Don't forget we carry a wide selection of those much harder to find pork cuts. Smoked ham hocks for beans and broth as well as trotters, tails, and snouts for the richest of stocks. Now is also a good time to get late season flowers and summer lettuce planted for the fall. All our bedding plants are raised with organic practices and are only $3 for a pack of 6. We have "quickstart" tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, squash, broccoli, lettuce and basil. And for flowers we have snapdragon and strawflower. Purchase a whole flat and get 25 off per 6 pack. (Six cell packages per flat) Have you ever wanted to start your own small shiitake yard?
