Technology is amazing! Here we have a #stackablesurgicalguide fabricated by @thedigitalface.dental Prosthetic driven treatment planning makes for predicable outcomes. First we stabilized the foundation guide, followed by a bone reduction utilizing the foundation guide. Next we ensure the seat of the prosthetic guide to ensure enough bone reduction. Then the @keystonedentalgroup paltop implants are placed, prosthesis connected utilizing the guide, MUA’s and temp cylinders. A great start to the day today and it’s #humpday! Here is the journey of #anotherhappypatient. She presented with a hopeless tooth that we replaced with a #dentalimplant placed with a #3Dprinted surgical guide. With #3dplanning we plan ideal positioning of the implant based upon ideal final tooth position. Here you can see how we carefully executed this patient’s treatment.

This patient was tired of her patchwork dentistry and decided it was time to replace he unrestorable tooth and enhance her smile. Her treatment included removing a hopeless tooth and replacing it with an implant. A #3dsurgicalguide was created with an ideal plan resulting in perfect placement of her implant. His first set of dental implants are infected and need to be removed. We replaced them with zygomatic implants and a new restoration.
