And now, a month later, January 2nd, I still love my job. Here at the advent of 2021, I'm humbled by my blessings. I've had a streak of the most amazing human beings this past year. Be they my beloved buyers and sellers who I relished serving or the folks at my brokerage, HUNT ERA or any of the multitude of human beings (professional colleagues, attorneys, mortgage consultants, inspectors, etc.) who've had their hands in my real estate transactions, I cannot rave enough about you! In very trying times, you were good to your core, hard-working, reasonable, compromising when compromise was called for and KIND! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I love my job today. I just had a great meeting with a great developer and a great builder over a great piece of land and a great opportunity for the buying/building public inside these great offices in a cushy futuristic living room setting with large screen and the greatest manager and admin tech expert providing their support!
