Throwback Thursday

Tonight's special is large format pad Thai so bring a friend. Sautéed pork, snap peas, bean sprouts, peanuts, cilantro, ramps, key limes.

This week at the Bistro we'll be featuring crawfish to celebrate the opening of our patio seating! Instead of the traditional old bay spices we've cooked them in a broth of garlic, ginger, and curry powder, with a side of drawn ramp butter for dipping.

Tonight's taco special is Pollo verde: braised chicken, ramp salsa verde, queso fresco, avocado, cilantro. 4 dollars a piece or 6 for 20 dollars. At the bar only. Pairs well with our stinging nettle mojito.

This week at the Bistro we'll be slingin' stinging nettle mojitos. Stinging nettle tea, mint, white rum, lime juice, garnished with fresh nettles.

Tonight's taco special will be citrus glazed pork, queso fresco, and ramps.

Tonight's pre-fixe: $65 or $90 with drink pairings. Dessert course (not listed) will include cream cheese semi-fredo, carrot cake crumbles, candied pineapple, and bourbon-golden raisins. Reservations only, select courses will be available at the bar.

The outdoor coffee bar is coming soon to our patio with the upcoming Spring weather. Until then, you can enjoy our fine brews table side at the Bistro!
