We are proud to partner with Rochester Regional Health to have their mobile mammography center onsite to serve our residents. Recently the mobile center visited Plymouth Gardens to provide convenient access to this critical important health screenings.

The residents of Seneca Tower recently were able to participate in fun Christmas crafts by creating their own holiday collages!

We have signed up to participate in the United Way of Greater Rochester's 21-Day Equity Challenge. From Oct. 23 to Nov. 20, we are committed to deepening our understanding of and willingness to confront racism, bias and other social inequities.

Each Monday, our residents at Seneca Towers compete in a Wii Bowling League! This is a great activity to have fun and roll over the competition!

Due to its dedication to helping solve the housing crisis for Rochester’s WWII veterans and the creation of affording housing for area seniors’, communities across New York State have relied on Rochester Management’s expertise in solving complex housing issues. We now manage housing communities in the City of Rochester, across Monroe County, the Finger Lakes region and in Syracuse.

Help us to welcome Leigh, our new Director of Senior Services! Leigh comes to us from the Boy Scouts of America and previously served as a member of the Peace Corps in Kosova. In her role, Leigh will be working with our great activities team to arrange fun and exciting events and activities for all of our residents!

Rochester Management started in 1949 to help ease the housing shortage for veterans returning from WWII. Since then, we have expanded services to help seniors’ citizens have decent and affordable housing with 850 units at communities including Cobbs Hill Village, Seth Green Park, Seneca Towers Apartments and Plymouth Gardens. This morning our residents at Plymouth Gardens enjoyed a spirited game of bingo!

We were proud to partner with Walgreens to host a flu shot clinic at Plymouth Gardens. Because of this event, 22 our residents were able to get their flu shot!

The seeds of what would become Rochester Management were planted in 1946 to helping soldiers coming home from war. To help solve a severe housing shortage for community veterans, the Veterans’ Project was created and soldiers and their families moved into Fernwood Park Apartments, Romona Park and Norton Village by 1949. These efforts led to the creation of Rochester Management.

Did you know that each week Foodlink's Curbside Market is at Rochester Management communities to serve our residents? Monday’s from 1:00pm 2:30pm the produce truck is at Seneca Towers and every Friday from 11:45am 1:00pm it is at Plymouth Gardens. Please note that social distancing guidelines are in effect and you must wear a mask, remaining 6 feet apart.
