Little secret: calories still count on the weekends Also, Cardio isn't the solution for healthy weight loss. It has many benefits however endless cardio is not your best choice.
Shoutout to one of my rockstar clients Lynn for losing almost 50lbs since June!! But more importantly, she has gained MUSCLE Strength increase, fat and inches GONE. Just by being consistent and maybe having a decent trainer helps If you want it, go get it. Ask for help if you are stuck or need the accountability
