Did you know Scott Joplin's "Maple Leaf Rag" is associated with the city of Sedalia, Missouri? That Jelly Roll Morton’s "Jelly Roll Blues" was one of the first published jazz compositions? Or that George Gershwin left school at 15 and started earning $394 a week at a music publishing firm? Not bad for a teenager! Enjoy the tunes of Joplin, Morton, Gershwin and others starting this Saturday for a concert of ragtime music. Order online at rpo.org, or call our Patron Services Center at 454-2100.

Sales Sense Payments joined in partnership with the RPO for the first time in 2020 as a sponsor of our streaming concert series RPO @ Home. This locally owned financial and merchant services company is committed to enhancing the arts and cultural programming in the Greater Rochester Area. Because of the dedication of business leaders like Michael D. Krause, we are able to stream our concerts this season, bringing the gift of music to thousands right in their own homes. We are thrilled to recognize Sales Sense Payments as our Corporate Spotlight of the week!
