We have made the decision to continue with our current curbside service protocols until our team members are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Currently, we do not know when that will be because in New York State, veterinary workers are not yet eligible to be vaccinated. We apologize for the inconvenience, but our number one priority throughout this pandemic has been the safety of our clients, patients, and team members. We cannot wait until we can welcome you back into the hospital again. Until we can safely do so, please review our Curbside Protocol to ensure a successful curbside visit.
