Hi folks we have chicken today! We will start selling at noon get here early to get your chicken, we are set up in front of the firehall taking your orders and filling them no reason to get out of your vehicle. Line up from Ishams bridge heading towards the firehall.

Good Morning Folks, as a small town and rural area things are little different here in Rodman than they are in other places. One thing is, when we hear the siren go off or the trucks and ambulance go by we understand it is for someone we probably know. Since this is Christmas week I encourage everyone in our community to do what makes small town America the best place to live. Take a few minutes to check in on someone to see how they are doing. Take a plate of cookies to som...eone that is alone right now and have a visit with them. Pick up the phone and call someone you haven't seen around lately and catch up with them. A simple act of kindness can make someone's day or even save their life. I think what we have here that may be missing in other places is that we realize that when one of our neighbors is confronted with challenges we pitch in and do what we can. We show empathy because we understand the next challenge may be ours. Put some empathy in your Christmas this year and Merry Christmas from the Rodman Fire Department. See more
