BETTIE PAGE REVEALS ALL! Siu and I took a drive today to the Capitol Arts Complex in Rome, NY in order to check out a fabulous exhibit of Jack Theakston’s BETTI...E PAGE-related family collection of original photos, art, and fanzines. Afterward we caught a screening of the wonderful documentary, BETTIE PAGE REVEALS ALL! Theakson, who introduced the film, is the son of Bettie Page artist (and The Betty Pages fanzine creator), Greg Theakson (prominently featured in the film). The elder Theakson came to know Page later in her life, and both Theakson’s knew her most famous photographer, Bunny Yeager. See more

We've gotten great reviews of NEWS OF THE WORLD from both the patrons and staff who have seen it. This thrilling Western starring Tom Hanks tells the story of an Army Captain who happens upon a young girl in the woods. She was kidnapped by Indians six years earlier and understands no English. The Captain takes it upon himself to reunite the child with her biological family, facing the hostile wild west along the way. We have two more show times of this Oscar-contender, today at 4:00 and tomorrow (Monday) at 7:00.
