When everything is uncertain and changing it’s when we need yoga most..... heartbreaking we can’t be. Studio is cleaned out and keys returned , I can’t begin to thank everyone who helped and supported me along the way. I love the community, family we created. I wish you all peace and steadiness during this hard time and the next, practice what you’ve learned, be with the uncomfortable, feel the sensations with no judgement. Tues 6:30am class this week cancelled! (School vaca!)

I wanted to let everyone know, I plan to close the studio at the end of March. As much as I talk about following your heart and doing what’s good for your soul, I need to listen! It has been an amazing experience and I’ve met the most amazing people, and feel like I’ve shared so much of what I love about yoga. I have reached a place where my family and work (and I added school) need more of my attention. I like to do my best when I do something and being stretched to thin doesn’t allow me to. I can’t thank everyone enough for all the support and love I want everyone to have enough time to use their cards, gift certificates!
