Notice to our U-Haul customers: After 17 years of successfully running the Malone U-Haul dealership, we had a surprise visit from 2 undercover BCI agents who said their Mother was sick. They asked to rent a truck without proper ID, and they offered an extra $200 cash to rent without a contract. We do not rent trucks without ID and contracts. The 2 BCI agents did not get a truck. Three days later, U-Haul abruptly removed all of their trucks from our property. We are unhappy w...ith BCI and U-Haul's actions. We realize that U-Haul pulling out of Malone will be a major inconvenience for our customers, and we apologize. We would like to thank all of our U-Haul and self storage customers for your business.
