A Low-Impact Cardio workout! I have to say, this one just feels nice. Some days you just don't need all that jumping around and/or impact on the body. Don't get me wrong, it's not low-intensity and you'll be able to bring your heart rate up. Have a good day and a great workout, folks! #StayWell

Compound movements will ensure that your heart rate stay elevated even when we’re doing our strength exercises. Here’s a 70 minute Vinyasa class with Sarah L. Roll out your mat and give it a try. Last week I rediscovered one of my favorite poses - Wild Thing! This posture makes me feel alive and strong. This is a longer class that is well worth carving out some time for. It is a Vinyasa, so we'll be flowing all throughout. There are opportunities to try a couple more challenging balance postures or to continue in the base posture/lighter progression.
